Rachel Khanna Chef/Owner Rachel, completed her diploma in culinary arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. She completed her externship at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. In addition to that, Rachel has taken extensive classes on a variety of international cuisines, as well as classes in macrobiotic and vegetarian cooking, and baking. Rachel Khanna holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University. Prior to becoming a chef, Rachel worked in Marketing. |
